Seen & Heard from the ROI Forum
❝Jenny Yuen – Kids Help Phone
ROI Forum hosted by SponsorshipX!!
It was a pleasure and privilege to be a part of a weekend of insightful presentations and conversations about how brands are measuring ROI - current and future state.
"Always on" measurement is important
Experiential learning and feedback (qualitative, quantitative and anecdotal) will lead you to "next" when innovating
Break innovation into small successes
Diversity is at the core of creativity
Engage people for what you need, not only to respond to what you have built
It was great to share the only "pod" and panel about social impact with some fantastic thought leaders, talking about "Measuring Success in Cause-Driven Sponsorship" and "ROI for Good".
In the words of Mark Harrison - doing good is profitable.
Sneaker game on point for the panel, Chris Schoengut and Shane Beharry! Thanks also to Espanda Ghorbannia, Jennifer Frees, Bob Park for the pod! And to the amazing Julia Allen for taking a chance and pulling together a social impact stream!

❝Two Circles
We had a great time at the SponsorshipX ROI Forum in Vancouver, connecting with peers and diving into one of the industry’s biggest questions: how do we truly measure and maximize sponsorship ROI?
💡 A highlight was our own Matthew Hoffmann’s session on “Maximizing Sponsorship ROI Through Fandom,” featuring insights from Two Circles’ Nurturing Lifelong Fandoms report. He reminded us true ROI comes from turning audiences into passionate, engaged fans—not just logo placements.
🙌 Big thanks to SponsorshipX and Mark Harrison for an inspiring event!

❝Yoeri Geerits – YouGov
Big shout-out to SponsorshipX, Mark Harrison, and the entire team for pulling off yet another fantastic conference! It's always a pleasure to connect with both familiar and new faces.
We had a packed agenda:
🔸 Kristin Crawford led a powerful lunch discussion on Women in Sports.
🎙️ I had the chance to record a podcast with Norm O'Reilly on the value of real-time data. I really enjoyed this one Norm!
📊 Kristin and I also teamed up for a session on the future of sponsorship evaluation.
YouGov is proud to partner with SponsorshipX, and I can't thank Mark and the team enough for consistently raising the bar and driving our industry forward — helping us do better, smarter work.

Another incredible day at the SponsorshipX ROI Forum.
Absolutely loved the Masterclass Jennifer Frees just gave on how to adapt partnership strategies, making partnerships more meaningful, and the imperative of data and AI to drive measurement.

❝Jennifer Frees – TIFF
It's been such an insightful and exciting weekend at the SponsorshipX ROI Forum (with a hefty side of Junos action). Uplifting to be surrounded by entertainment, sports, marketing and partnerships leaders from across North America, all ready to roll up our sleeves, innovate how we work, and drive greater collaboration and impact.
I suspect I'm not the only one leaving this weekend saying METRICS SETTING CAN BE FUN! (I should have a t-shirt of that at this point...)
Thanks to Mark Harrison Julia Allen and the whole SponsorshipX team for inviting me and curating this event so flawlessly.
