Beyond his professional achievements, Julian has played a pivotal role in advancing equity within the marketing industry. As a founding member of People of Colour in Advertising and Marketing (POCAM), Julian has helped highlight the critical need for representation and inclusion in Canada’s marketing and advertising communities. POCAM’s initiatives, such as the Visible & Vocal study and Call for Equity, inspire industry-wide change. 

His leadership on SMCC’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee has already begun to shape a more inclusive environment, ensuring that diverse voices are recognized and celebrated.
