Dear ROI Forum Delegates

Dear ROI Forum Delegates,

I am honoured and privileged to be your host at the upcoming ROI Forum by SponsorshipX, which will be held March 28-30 in Vancouver.

I don’t take your time or investment in this event lightly, and I know you don’t either, especially when I have a banner with the letters ROI written all over it.

Personally, I cringe when people market their events as “not just another conference.” We have done it. So, help me out with a thesaurus to describe an experience where you do much more than sit back and take notes.

My first action to ensure this is a different event is to encourage you to participate in curating a space to challenge, question, engage, and connect. I want you to push our speakers, debate with fellow delegates, and roll up your sleeves during the Masterclasses and workshops. Do you?

Personally, and people who know me know this, I believe that creating tension is how real breakthroughs happen—where challenging problems get solved, unexpected deals come together, and perspectives shift. That’s action # 2: turn up the heat.

I have been at this SposnorshipX thing for twenty years and plan to do it for at least another twenty. Every year, I’ve seen people walk away having met their next business partner, cracked a problem that had been haunting them for months or rediscovered the energy that makes them great at what they do. That’s the power of this community. Act three. Build community.

Engage, challenge, connect. You don’t need to wait until the event starts—the ROI Forum app launches on March 14. Use it to meet your fellow delegates, start conversations, and plan meetings that could change the course of your year. Share your attendance at the social meeting. Advocate for your commitment. Advocate for our industry.

If you have any questions, thoughts, or doubts before we kick off, contact me at mh3@mh3collective.com. I’m here to ensure you get everything you need from this experience.

See you soon,

MH3
